Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your data from DutyPilot (Echo Bot) at any time. Choose the option that fits how you use the Service.

1. Delete from the dashboard (fastest)

1. Sign in to the DutyPilot dashboard.
2. Go to Settings → Organization (or contact your organization owner).
3. Click Disconnect on any integration (WhatsApp / Messenger / Instagram) — this immediately deletes the encrypted access token for that channel.
4. Delete conversations or the entire organization to remove all associated conversation data.

2. Request by email

Email duty.com.bd@gmail.com from the address associated with your DutyPilot account with subject Data Deletion Request. . Include:

• Your organization name / ID
• What to delete — full account, a specific integration, or specific conversations

We confirm the scope, verify ownership, and delete the requested data within 30 days. Encrypted Meta tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection; remaining data is deleted or anonymized per the confirmation.

3. If you logged in with Facebook

You can revoke access without contacting us:

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and Websites).
2. Find DutyPilot and click Remove.
3. This revokes the token we hold. To also delete conversation data already stored, follow option 1 or 2 above.

Note: Facebook may also notify us via a data-deletion callback. When we receive it we delete the associated Facebook user data and map the request to your organization for completion.

4. What gets deleted

• Encrypted Meta access tokens (Page / Instagram / WhatsApp)
• Integration records (IDs, phone numbers, webhook subscriptions)
• Conversation history, messages and contact records tied to your organization (if full deletion requested)
• Account and organization metadata

Backups are purged on a rolling basis. Where law requires retention (e.g., for security or billing records) we keep only the minimum necessary and isolate it from operational use.
